Albert Bichot wants to demonstrate that Crémants are truly great wines. First of all, by being involved as much as possible upstream in the selection of vineyards and in the pairing of the great Burgundian varietals (primarily Chardonnay and Pinot Noir). Then, by vinifying the future sparkling wine with the care and attention to detail that great wines require. And, finally, by entrusting the sparkling winemaking process (second fermentation, disgorgement and dosage) to a highly reputed partner.
This Crémant shows fine, even bubbles and a beautiful gold colour with golden highlights. The nose boasts notes of citrus (lime, pink grapefruit) and white blossoms which pave the way for vivacity and freshness on the palate. It has a beautiful length. Ideal for a festive aperitif match for the textures and flavours of seafood, fish (Scottish salmon cooked one side, for example), and poultry in cream sauce. Serve well chilled (8-10°C). Enjoy within 3 years.
