Basis of the enjoy divertimento Palazzo della Torre offers, is an elaborated winemaking procedure: Most of the Corvina, Rondinella and Sangiovese grapes are vinificated immediately after the harvest. Another part of the grapes had been put beside for a drying process of about three months. After that the dried grapes are given to the already fermented grapes und the composition undergoes a second fermentation which leads to an optimum of complexity and fruit concentration.
Solemn ruby red. Showing already depth in the nose with hints of noble spice flavours which still like to be conquered, enmeshed by the aroma of of sweet cherries. The flavour is so animating that one starts too quickly putting the glass to ones lips. Every region of the mouth will enjoy a real divertimento of nearly sweet fruit flavours, the remarkable structure and finest tannins.
