Cabernet Sauvignon gives balanced wines with well-rounded tannins and blackcurrant, pepper and liquorice flavours. In order to give the wine its fruit-driven, complex style, about half the vintage is matured in oak for six to eight months before bottling.
A beautiful, radiant and intense ruby red. The powerful and complex nose opens on aromas of blackcurrant, ripe red fruit and liquorice, perfectly combined with notes of toasted hazelnut and mocha. From an elegant, fresh and stylish attack, a fine tannic structure underpins all the complex flavours of the midpalate, especially cherry and black berry fruit, with toast and roasted coffee notes. The long and expressive finish reveals all the power and elegance of Chilean Cabernet.
