Alsatian vineyard is situated at the foot of the Vosges, between Marlenheim and Thann. Vinification : Manual harvesting. Traditional method : second fermentation in the bottle. Ageing on fine lees during 24 months (instead of 9 months which is the minimum required for the appellation) which enables unmatched bubbles finesse and generous smooth sensation.
