Our Bisquit specific longer distillation is the path to more smoothness, suppleness and a more generous bouquet of aromas. It is the hallmark of the House’s savoir-faire and the origin of our award-winning range. This additional time extracts more concentrated flavours that are otherwise impossible to obtain, allowing the cognacs to come to their full, luxurious expression. Though linked by a family of characteristics, each Bisquit cognac has its own unique style and personality.
Colour: Warm amber colour. Nose: The bouquet is expressed around a core of ripe fruits aromas (dry apricot, honey) and sweet spices aromas (cinnamon, clove) underlined with floral nuances (rose). Taste: Ripe fruit aromas already expressed on the nose and supple note of honeysuckle, citrus and mango delight the palate. Appreciated for the subtle interplay of aromas, VSOP is smooth and mellow on the palate with an everlasting finish. To fully savour our sensuous Cognac with a long and ample aftertaste, we recommend serving it neat.
