Bouvet-Ladubay has its origins in the tufa-vaulted cellars of the Abbey of St. Florent, where its founder Etienne Bouvet is said to have discovered a treasure. In 1987, Patrice Monmousseau rediscovered this treasure by creating this very special Cuvée that has been aged for the first time in barriques and whose name commemorates this legend. The Rosé is a rarity!
This Cuvée captivates with its finesse and complexity on the palate and is an embodiment of pure sensuality! This delicate rosé coloured sparkling wine is characterised by its extremely fine perlage. It subtly develops floral fragrance aromas (iris, violet), as well as further flavours of berry fruits and brioche that can be perceived in the background, supplemented in the final by a vanilla oak flavour.
