This high quality, fresh and elegant cava is representing a new style in the portfolio of Freixenet. The Pinot Noir from the Mas Bernich Estate in the High Penedès is a grape variety with a low tannic structure, not particularly full bodies, but elegantly fruity on the palate. The 1st vintage was awarded in 2010 the Best Cava in Spain, by the Royal Gastronomic Academy.
Lively raspberry pink, full in colour. A lively mid sized mousse, persistent and forming a full crown. This is a cava full of intensely ripe summer red fruit aromas - raspberries, red currants and cherries. The palate is equally fruity ripe, attractive and appealing, with a beautifully balanced acidity, and a long attractive refreshing aftertaste.
