Grapes are supplied by local growers who have built up an in-depth relationship with Laroche over many years. The vine cultivation process of each grower is supported by the team: we share our know-how in order to focus on producing the very best fruit. According to tradition in Chablis, grapes are crushed and pressed in the property of origin.
Pale gold colour. Youthful, pungent nose with mineral nuances. Fresh and harmonious palate with flavours of white fruit and spring blossom. Enjoy as an aperitif or with prawns and watercress salad, Japanese food or oysters. Serve at: 8–10°C. Decanting optional
