For this wine we harvested highly ripe grapes from vines more than 25 years old (the “vieilles vignes”) which were then partly fermented on the mash, with temperatures kept to around 17°C in their stainless steel tanks – in this way the best natural flavours was preserved. The long time spent in contact with the yeast after fermentation helped produce a full-bodied wine.
Perfect table wine to accompany a wide array of foods. Ideal with pork or chicken served with a variety of tasty sauces, or with noodle or rice dishes. Serving temperature: 8–10°C
