Aged using the Solera system for over four years, our fino is a pale, straw-coloured wine, with a delicate and sharp bouquet, without acidity and very dry and light on the palate. It is best served chilled between 4 and 7°C. It goes beautifully with tapas, seafood, fish, ham and mild cheese.
This sherry presents the typical, unmistakable Tio Pepe fragrance on the nose. On the palate, notes of fresh white bread and delicate almonds inspire its vivid freshness and aromatic richness in the finish. Serving suggestion: as an aperitif with delicious tapas, canapés, oysters and other seafood.
