The vineyards that provide grapes for the "Bure Alto", are on average about 40 years old and are in the classical field of Valpolicella. After fermentation this Ripasso stored for 18 months in large Slovenian oak casks and then for a further 6 months in the bottle.
Intense ruby red. The nose is rich and complex with distinct notes of cherries. He has a fine structure and is pleasantly fruity with hints of spice.
