We were not able to attribute your flight number.
We can only accept orders for shipping after we have verified the validity of your flight ticket. However, an online identification of this flight number is not possible in all cases. You have the following options:
You can Continue shopping and, after completing your order, Send your booking confirmation by email. As soon as we have received and checked it, we will release your order.
You can complete the order on the day of departure at one of our airport shops by presenting your boarding pass online. Your shopping cart will be saved until then in your customer account.
If you think you may have entered something incorrectly: Please re-enter your information.
Your flight number belongs to a flight departing or landing either the Canary Island or outside the EU. Unfortunately, at this time we can only accept Home Delivery orders for passengers travelling inside of the EU. If you have booked another flight within the EU (for instance, a connecting flight), please use that flight number instead. If you don't have a ticket for an EU-flight, you can use our Pre-Order service and pick up your order at the airport. For technical reasons, the contents of your shopping cart will be deleted.
Unfortunately, we were unable to confirm your flight information with the existing data. Please enter your reservation code. The reservation number can usually be found in your booking confirmation, your ticket or your boarding pass. It consists of 6 letters and digits, i.e. AB1C23.
