Thummerer Chardonnay battonage is one of the best white wines of the winery. It is rich in taste with a fuller body and some oaky aromas. Healty grapes, fine flavours could be harvested in 2016. The hot, dry summer, early autumn sunshine resulted in high sugar degrees in accordance with specific acids. Aging and fermentation in new barrique barrels.
