Auffällig an Ingwer ist, wie er Frische und Schärfe in einer Zutat vereint. Ich habe das immer geliebt. Als ich dieses neue Ingweröl frisch aus der Elfenbeinküste roch, wusste ich, dass ich Molekül + Ingwer machen musste.
