Where can I get a gift card?
Buy your Heinemann gift card in one of our many Heinemann Shops in Germany, Austria, Denmark and Australia or directly from our customer service.
How can I check my balance?
You can check your balance any time at one of our shops as well as online.
What amounts are available for gift cards?
The gift card can be loaded with a credit balance up to €500.00.
How can I redeem my credit?
Show your gift card at the cash desk when shopping at one of our participating Shops and redeem your credit. Please note: Currently we are not able to accept any vouchers for our delivery service online.
Can I also redeem my credit online?
Currently we are not able to accept vouchers for our delivery service online. Please redeem your credit at one of our participating shops.
What happens to the remaining balance if I do not spend the whole value of the gift card?
The remaining balance is stored on your gift card. You can simply redeem the remaining balance during your next shopping.
What happens if the balance on my gift card is not sufficient to cover the purchase value?
In this case you can simply pay the difference in cash, or with another payment method.
Where and how can I redeem my credit?
You can redeem your gift card in all participating shops in the country where this card was purchased.
Simply show your gift card at the checkout when you make your purchase in one of our participating shops - your credit will be deducted from your purchase.
You can redeem a gift card for a single purchase or for multiple purchases. You can also combine multiple gift cards for a single purchase.
Please note that we are currently unable to redeem gift cards in our online shop at heinemann-shop.com.
Can the Heinemann gift card be recharged after use?
Your card cannot be recharged again. However, you can obtain a new gift card at one of our participating shops whenever you wish to.
