Insolence is a careless grace, an ironic elegance, an amused silence. Created in 2006, Insolence celebrates this surprising, free and daring femininity. An impertinent creation with powder hints which is built around a floral violet and iris duo with orange blossom. Designed by Raymond Guerlain, its iconic “inverted heart” bottle is underscored with graceful scrolls typical of Art Nouveau. Its avant-garde stopper, in the form of a hollowed heart, evokes the delicate romanticism of this perfumery masterpiece and represented a real technical feat at the time.
