The sweetness and moderate alcohol content of Crema di Meloncino make it a pleasant after-dinner drink. Melons, 100% Italian origin, are harvested at perfect ripeness and then macerated in water and alcohol for a few days. Mixing it with a sweet cream made exclusively from Alpine milk gives it a soft consistency and also enhances the typical, intense melon flavour. The addition of grappa gives Crema di Meloncino Bottega a particular aromaticity that makes it unmistakable.
