Health Bar Matcha Traditional is an organic ceremonial grade matcha from the 1st and 2nd harvest, grown in Uji, Japan. The region is known for its pure water and nutrient-rich soils. Hand-picked tencha leaves are gently steamed and stone-ground using traditional granite mills. The result is a vibrant green matcha with a balanced profile smooth, intense and free from bitterness.

| Instructions for use | Add 12 slightly heaped teaspoons of matcha to your chawan using a chashaku or teaspoon, pour in 70100 ml of water at approx. 80 °C (or cold water if preferred), whisk with a chasen in a W- or M-shaped motion until a fine foam forms, and enjoy your freshly prepared matcha in small sips |
