Terms and conditions of the Heinemann gift card

The Heinemann Gift Cards can be used after loading with a credit of up to 500 € (or the equivalent in the local currency of the issuing shop) for payment in all participating Heinemann shops in the country in which this card was purchased.

The participating Heinemann Shops are listed at www.heinemann-shop.com/giftcard. The amount may be converted according to the exchange rate that has been deposited at the cash desk on the respective day. No liability is accepted in the case of loss, theft or illegibility of the card. Credit balances earn no interest and will not be paid out in cash. You can access your current credit balance at www.heinemann-shop.com. Claims can only be asserted on presentation of the card.

The card cannot be blocked. Otherwise, cards shall be governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise – in particular consumer protection laws.
