As the base, we selected our Berliner Perle, a light and crisp Helles lager, and blend it with a delicately bitter lemonade. The starring ingredient is the juice of the Yuzu, a premium Japanese citrus fruit. Yuzu is a favorite among top chefs because it brings a complex, almost floral freshness and an elegant bitterness that is far more exciting than a “regular” lemon.
