A small blend of carefully selected mature rums. Matured in American whisky, Bourbon & Cognac casks. A beautifully round and complex liquid.
AROMA
Perfect balance of vanilla, oaky and dry spice notes.
TASTE
Salted caramel, baked fig ad clove, dark chocolate.
BODY
Round, smooth and richly creamy with a long finish.
RECIPE
60ml Mount Gay XO
1 Coconut Water Ice Cube
Place the coconut ice cube into an old-fashioned glass.
Add XO and serve.
ROBUST & BOLD
Rich, complex, yet smooth and round. Crafted from a blend of intense & aromatic rums and finished in deeply charred bourbon casks.
AROMA
Woody and butter notes balanced with dried fruit and spices.
TASTE
Bold and aromatic with notes of gingerbread, lychee and toffee.
BODY
Warm, medium body with a long finish.
RECIPE
60ml Mount Gay Black Barrel
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Passionfruit Syrup
15ml Cointreau
Add ice shake and strain into chilled coupe.
Garnish with lemon wheel or peel.

Distinctive notes of vanilla and banana, with underlying notes of caramel, summer fruit and spice.

An oaky character with slight burnt notes.

Light to medium body.

30ml Mount Gay Eclipse
120ml Tonic Water
1/4 of a Fresh Lime
Fill the glass halfway with ice. Pour in Mount Gay Eclipse.
Squeeze in the lime juice from % of a lime. Top off with tonic water.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
