Der Rubicon 2020 öffnet sich mit einer Reihe von konzentrierten Aromen, die von Crème de Cassis und Tabakblättern bis hin zu Noten von dunkler Schokolade und Espresso reichen. Am Gaumen ist der Wein reichhaltig und einladend, mit der schlanken, kohäsiven Struktur eines klassischen Rubicon-Jahrgangs. Die ursprünglichen Aromen kehren im Abgang wieder, zusammen mit einem Hauch von Piment und Nelke.
