The only Glenmorangie in the range which is entirely finished in new casks. Unusually, these casks are made of new charred American oak (new casks are seldom used for Scotch whisky). This gives extra dimensions of dark chocolate and ginger. First matured in American whiskey casks and finished in new charred oak casks.
