Founded in 1710, the property has carved out a global reputation over the last 300 years. This particular MCC is made from grapes grown, and night-harvested in a distinctive terroir.
Aromas of lemon and orange peel with crushed oyster shell and a light biscuit character. Juicy pineapple, fresh yellow apple and salted caramel palate. The mousse is fine. Best served with seafood, like oysters and caviar, at any celebration.
