Erich Polz Jr. has been running the estate since the spring of 2020, driven by the determination to guide its tremendous potential and invaluable expertise into a bright future. Pale greenish-yellow with golden highlights. An inviting herbal spiciness with a hint of dill pickle and notes of ripe tropical fruit. On the palate, it is complex and juicy with taut acidity, a salty finish, and persistent length—a wine that already presents itself harmoniously and very well.
