Togouchi Ayumi is a delicate and fruity Japanese whisky, resulting from a unique blend of grain and malt whiskies distilled on the shores of the Seto Sea at the SAKURAO distillery. It is then aged in bourbon barrels inside an old railway tunnel, where the aging conditions are particularly optimal, before being finished for several months in barrels that previously held sake.
