Togouchi Ayumi ist ein feiner und fruchtiger japanischer Whisky, der aus einer einzigartigen Mischung von Grain- und Malt-Whiskys hergestellt wird, die an der Seto-Meerküste in der Destillerie SAKURAO destilliert wurden. Anschließend reift er in Bourbon-Fässern in einem alten Eisenbahntunnel, in dem die Reifungsbedingungen besonders optimal sind, bevor er mehrere Monate in Fässern, die zuvor Sake enthielten, veredelt wird.
