This wine comes from the heart of Valpolicella. The grapes are very softly pressed, maceration lasts 8/10 days and occurs at a controlled temperature. It is then followed by an ageing of 6-8 months both in oaks and steel barrels. Bottega Valpolicella Classico is a red wine suitable for all occasions. It goes particularly well with poultry and cheese.
