How many items can I buy and carry? Are there any restrictions or quantity restrictions for certain articles?

You may only order normal quantities for non-commercial use. The following maximum limits apply:

  • A maximum of 3 items of the same product from the perfumes and cosmetics products range*
  • A maximum of 24 bottles* of the same product from the range of liquor beverages*
  • A maximum of 24 bottles* of the same product from the range of wine, sparkling wine or champagne beverages*
  • A maximum of 99 items of the same product from the range of fine foods and sweets*

*within 30 days. Please note that the maximum order quantities may vary in individual cases.

Where to find my flight number?

You may find your flight number on yur boarding pass, the booking confirmation of your airline or your travel agency as well as on the departure schedule of your airport.

What payment methods can I use?

When you pick up your ordered items, you can pay in the shop either with your EC or credit card or in cash. You can pay in almost any currency.

Is alcohol allowed on connecting flights?

You can take the liquid products you purchase with you on your connecting flight in a special sealed carrying bag that you will be given during payment. However, according to the rules and restrictions of the country of final destination, the purchased liquid product may be seized at the transfer point, even if it is in a special sealed bag. Since countries' liquid acceptance rules vary, we strongly recommend that you take this into consideration during purchase and check it with your final destination.

Can I shop at Heinemann Duty Free without having any flight ticket?

No. In order to shop in the Heinemann Duty Free & Travel Value Online Shop, you have to be a flight passenger and thus to hold a valid flight ticket. A flight data check will be done during the purchasing process.
