You can check your balance any time at one of our shops as well as online.
The gift card can be loaded with a credit balance up to €500.00.
You can redeem your gift card in all participating shops in the country where this card was purchased.
Simply show your gift card at the checkout when you make your purchase in one of our participating shops - your credit will be deducted from your purchase.
You can redeem a gift card for a single purchase or for multiple purchases. You can also combine multiple gift cards for a single purchase.
Gift cards are treated like cash. If you have lost your gift card or someone else has used it without your consent, we are unable to block or replace it.
