Rosé sparkling wine with a fine appassimento of 20 days. 100% Pinot Grigio. Moxxé Spumante Brut’s brother but with a single – variety vinification of the Pinot Grigio, that gives freshness to the wine. «Ramato» as the traditional name of this grape during the Venetian Republic. Strong salmon pink colour with lively perlage. Fresh, smooth with a bouquet of small red fruits and a touch of ripe fruit with a dry taste in mouth. Perfect for an aperitivo and paired with fresh salumi and cheeses. Also enjoyable with food during the meal, particularly summer dishes.
