The "Dry Aged Red" is unique among Austria's top red wines. In the special production process, the Blaufränkisch grapes are dried for 6 weeks for this "Appassimento", thereby further increasing their taste intensity and quality. The Nittnaus brothers brought this special process home with them from their travels to the Italian Valpolicella region, the home of “Amarone”, and carried out the vinification at the highest level
