Bodegas Faustino, located in Oyón, Rioja Alavesa, enjoys international renown earned over more than 150 years of experience in the production and ageing of premium wines. Owner of 650 hectares of the best vineyards spread across Laguardia, Logroño, Mendavia and Oyón. In these lands of excellent calcareous clay soil four grape varieties grow: Tempranillo, Graciano, Mazuelo and Viura. Since 1960, when the founder's grandson Julio Faustino Martínez took over the business, the winery's range has been growing, offering classics, high-end wines, barrel-fermented whites, the youngest whites and rosés and cavas. Despite being different, all these wines have a common denominator: a careful selection of the grapes and a family's passion for a centuries-old tradition in creating wines.
