The ROUGE NOIR CONFIDENCE palette enhances the eyes and cheeks with four shades that can be worn on their own or together, for an en dless number of looks. Apply the pearly, rosy white Highlighter shade as a base, use it to illuminate the skin, or layer it like a d elicate veil over the other shades from the palette to soften them. The Sienna Red with a pink shimmer and Mauve Pink shades can be used to create either harmony or contrast, for a tailor-made blush look. The Magenta shade is ideal for enhancing deeper complexions and adding a touch of colour to the eyelids.
