In 1994 the Count Degenfeld family successfully revived its wine estate in the Tokaji wine region following their over 150-year-old tradition.
Winemaking has always included the love of nature, respect for traditions and all this combined with the modern technology. We are producing dry wines and sweet wine specialties from the three main varieties of the region: Furmint, Hárslevelű and Muscat Blanc (Yellow Muscat). These wine specialties include sweet late harvest wines, Szamorodni and the famous Aszú wines.

In its light scent it is characterized by the linden flowers and fruity aromas like pear and apple. On the palate fresh, green fruity notes can be discovered at the first sip, then delicious, ripe melon in its finish. Tokaj minerality appears both in its scent and taste. Recommended drinking temperature: 11 °C Food pairing: It works perfectly as aperitif but nice with fruity desserts as well as fois gras.
