Jose Cuervo 250 anniversario commemorates a historic event marking the birth of the Tequila industry. It is a double-cask, 100% blue agave, Extra Añejo Tequila, produced in extremely limited quantities. Aged 3 years in new American Oak Barrels that had been toasted to a medium char. Finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks for 10 months. Each bottle is numbered along with the product’s vintage year and can be registered online and have it recorded in the private cellar at the Jose Cuervo distillery.

Color:Deep auburn color of impeccable clarity & glossiness. Aroma:Initial aromas are peppery and dried fruit-like; following aeration the aroma turns elegant,dry,earthy with hints of rich butt erscotch and vanilla. Flavor:Palate entry bursts with intense vanilla-like richness. Defined tastes take hold to reveal pleasant agave notes, dark toffee, sweet honey and cocoa and dark chocolate. Finish:Concludes with a velvet texture and an ideal balance of alcohol, barrel influence and oak cask finish.
