La Arboleda vineyard in the famous wine-producing area of Mendoza, vineyards are at an altitude of 950-1050 metres above-sea-level in the Tupungato valley. This wine is a blend of semi-dried Corvina and Malbec. The unrivalled and unmistakable qualities of Corvina Veronese, its over- ripe cherry aroma and deep velvety structure, have balanced perfectly with the exuberant virility and tannins of Malbec, thus making for a unique and fascinating aroma/taste profile. Maturation lasts 18 months in medium-toasted oak barriques. Corbec is best suited to strong flavoured dishes such as grilled game and mature cheese.

Deep and opaque red with violet tinges to the edges. Intense berry fruit and myrtle bouquet with balsamic tinges and hints of mint and liquorice. Full-bodied on the palate and well balanced with good acidity and soft, firm tannins. Long and intense finish with the same balsamic and spicy notes first seen on the nose coming through again
