Bright straw yellow with delicate and long-lasting perlage. Apples and citrus peel on the nose. Soft and attractive with the ripe fruitiness first revealed on the nose coming through on the palate. Dry and exceptionally clean finish. Excellent aperitif. Good with fresh, light summer antipasti, vegetable crudités, fish and salads.
