Colour: an attractive buttercup yellow. Nose: the nose opens on citrus notes (lemon peel) mingled with aromas of candied fruit such as pineapple and mango, while remaining fresh and even floral, with a hint of verbena. Palate: from a dense and round attack, flavours of honey, bitter orange and candied fruit (pear, quince) mingle on the palate, building to a fresh and distinctly mineral finish. A very harmonious and fresh wine, with crisp fruit. Menu suggestions: semi-preserved foie gras, citrus tard, Bresse blue cheese. Serving temperature: 10 - 11° C.
