Delicate rose colour. Smells of plums and rose petals with a hint of tobacco. Fruity and some herbal flavours dominate the palate and fade out in a long finish. Even in young state very approachable. Serving temperature: 6-10°C; foodpairing: intense, mature hard and soft cheese, fruity-fresh desserts, traditional Viennese desserts like "Kaiserschmarrn", also possible as an extraordinary, well-chilled aperitif.
