Conditions of participation for prize draw travel vouchers Today Is A Good Day 2025

 

  1. The organizer of the prize draw is Gebr. Heinemann SE & Co. KG, Koreastraße 3, 20457 Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as Heinemann).
  2. All participants in the Heinemann x ME program who are at least 18 years old (hereinafter Heinemann x ME member) are eligible to participate. Employees of Heinemann as well as their relatives and employees of involved service providers are excluded from participation in the prize draw. In addition, individuals residing in any of the countries listed below are excluded from participation: Afghanistan, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Mali, Niger, Yemen, Myanmar, Haiti.
    Each Heinemann x ME member may only take part in the prize draw once.
  1. Prize: Three travel vouchers with a total value of €10,000 will be raffled. You can win a 1x1 € 5,000 travel voucher, a 1x1 € 3,000 travel voucher and a 1x1 € 2,000 travel voucher.
  2. Promotion period: The competition will take place in selected airport stores from 10.01.2025 to 30.04.2025. In the period from 03.03. to 31.03.2025, the Heinemann webshop can be used for participation. Participants must have played three identical symbols on the slot machine during the specified period, completed and submitted the corresponding entry form, and agreed to the terms and conditions.

  1. The winners will be selected at random by Heinemann employees in calendar week 19 2025 at the latest. The winners will be notified by e-mail. Notification of the winners will be sent to the e-mail address stored in the Heinemann x ME profile. Winners must accept the prize in writing within 14 days. If they fail to do so within this period, the claim to the prize will expire and a new winner will be drawn.
  1. The prize will be sent to the e-mail address given by the Heinemann x ME member.
  2. Heinemann accepts no liability for the proper delivery of the prize.
  3. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. The voucher is not limited in time, is not payable in cash (including any remaining balance) and is not transferable to third parties. In case of loss, there is no right to replacement. The voucher cannot be credited to existing trips or retrospectively. The travel booking takes place exclusively through the Hamburg travel agency Contiways (Koreastraße 5, 20457 Hamburg). Contiways is available to help the winners plan the details of their trip.
  1. Heinemann reserves the right to exclude participants from taking part in the prize draw. This applies in particular in the event of culpable breaches of these conditions of participation or in the event that participants manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process or the prize draw or use other dishonest means.
  2. Heinemann reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case, the participants are not entitled to any claims against Heinemann.
  3. The prize is only valid to the extent specified by Heinemann. Heinemann accepts no liability for damages that may arise in the course of claiming the prize.
  4. Should a provision of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the respective statutory provisions.
  5. The conduct of the prize draw is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. This choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive participants of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
  6. Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the implementation of the profit determination and its results.
