Very appealing brilliant yellow colour. The bouquet has an abundance of flavours and is reminiscent of ripe apples, apricots and exotic fruits like pine apple and grapefruit. The mouthfeel is very luscious, complex and aromatic; nevertheless it shows a lot of elegance and freshness and is a perfect companion for a summer evening. Goes well with lamb, white meats, beef and pork or to spicy pies but also to asparagus and Mediterranean kitchen. Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
