Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot grapes are harvested by hand. Following fermentation, the wine is left in contact with the lees for at least 12 months. This special wine is vintage 2021, which reveals greater structure and minerality. The result is a wine of remarkable complexity and persistence where the fruity and floral aromas ae in perfect harmony with the elegant bread crust notes.

Color: Straw yellow with golden reflexes, fine and persistent perlage. Aroma: Complex notes of ripe apple, pear, bread crust aromas, notes due to the aging period in wood barrels, sage, marjoram. Taste: Dry, sapid, persistent, with aromas that recall the olfactory notes. It pairs perfectly with raw food and oysters. Excellent with fish main courses, even elaborated.
