This special wine is vintage 2021, which reveals greater structure and minerality due to the specific weather conditions of that year. The result is a wine of remarkable persistence and elegance where the distinctive bouquet makes space for greater complexity and more intense bread crust notes.

Aroma: Complex notes of ripe apple and pear, distinctive bread crust aromas and complex notes due to the aging period in wood barrels.
