This special wine is vintage 2021, which reveals greater structure and minerality due to the specific weather conditions of that year. The result is a wine of remarkable persistence and elegance where the distinctive bouquet makes space for greater complexity and more intense bread crust notes.

Color: Straw yellow with golden reflexes, fine and persistent perlage. Aroma: Complex notes of ripe apple and pear, distinctive bread crust aromas and complex notes due to the aging period in wood barrels. Taste: Dry, sapid, persistent, with aromas that recall the olfactory notes. It pairs perfectly with raw fish and oysters. Excellent with fish main courses, even elaborated.
