Bushmills Irish Whiskey is made at Ireland’s oldest working distillery (1608). Triple distillation gives smoothness. The third release from the Steamship Collection celebrates the 125th anniversary of the maiden voyage. To complement our unique single malt Irish whiskey we select #3 char American oak casks. The resulting whiskey has a honeyed maltiness with new notes of toasted oak, spices and crème brûlée.

By using a custom char we are able to draw out incredible spicy, honeyed vanilla flavours from deep within the fine grain American white oak. The resulting whiskey has subtle notes of toasted oak, spices and crème brûlée with a long, rich and smooth finish.
