Inspired by Denmark's gardens, we set out to make a Summer Aquavit that would taste like our childhood memories. Using crisp dill as our traditionally predominant flavour, Mulberry Rose uses both fresh and preserved flowers and fruits from the hedgerow to create a sweet, light July feeling. It accompanies fish and light meats perfectly, or do as we do: lots of ice, tonic water and a big sprig of mint.

Notes of dill, lemon zest, mulberries and raspberries. Aquavit is made for food, and Mulberry Rose is veil tartare's best friend, however it really shins cocktails. Try it with Indian Tonic and a sprig of mint, or sparkling wine and vermouth, or even in a classic sour with the colour of peaches and the crisp taste of sunshine.
