As with all Dreissigacker wines, the Chardonnay & Weißburgunder was also processed carefully. After the selective harvest, without the addition of treatment agents and only promoted by gravity, the grapes were spontaneously fermented. The Cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc was aged 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in 500 liter tonneau wooden barrels and then stored on the full yeast for four month

Pale gold with subtle green reflections. Floral to fresh, fruity notes in the nose. Fine mineratlity, nice creaminess and pleasant melt. Fullbodied and elegant. Recommended drinking temperature 10-12°C
