Laudemio 2014 is intense green in colour. The scent is fruity – typical of fresh olives. Once pressed, the flavour is characterised by very delicate notes of bitter almond and the traditional spicy aftertaste typical of Tuscan oil. Serving suggestions: Ideal for dressing steamed vegetables, shellfish or legume-based soups.
