Ancient vines in cool north exposure, old mixed set, Garnacha, white wine and other grape varieties, clear majority Garnacha. 100% whole cluster fermentation, almost 3 months fermentation in large open wood barrel, aging only in used wood and amphora. Floral nose mainly of dried flowers, red cherries, eredberries, minerals, rape spice. Infinitely fine mouth, long and intense, never exhausting but always exciting. One of the great Spanish red wines.
