Tasting notes: Pleasant, light , salmon‐coloured wine. Delicate and fruity on the nose with aromas of redcurrant and raspberry. Very smooth on the palate with aromas of red fruit with spicy undertones. Perfect food pairings :Melon, artichokes with vinaigrette grilled fish , red fruit tarts.
