A sweet aroma of berries and chocolate comes from whisky aged in oak casks for over 3 years and then finished in sherry casks. It is complimented by a citrus tart taste like lemon grass. It has a balanced aroma and the palete is smooth with a ligering finish. It is very soft and recommended for all palates. Fresh ground water from the wilderness of the Tottori prefecture is a blessing from the earth and is used to bring the whisky to life. It is a very tasty, mellow charactericstic of whisky deserving of the name Kurayhsi, the city of water and green. Each bottle is crafted with love in an environment with lots of nature, mountains and little population. High temperatues in summer and snow in winter makes the region perfect for making whisky. This whisky not chill-filtered.
